Can I customize the design of the plate?
Yes, we offer the option to customize the design of the plate according to your preferences. After placing the order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp to finalize the details: you can choose a design or an inscription. Please note that the delivery time may be about 5 days longer than the standard production time, and these 5 days begin once the design to be engraved is confirmed by the customer.
What is the engraving pen used for? Is it essential?
The engraving pen, equipped with a tungsten tip, is used to engrave the seed phrase. We cannot perform the engraving ourselves to ensure maximum security. We recommend purchasing the pen if you do not have other suitable tools for engraving metals. If you have already purchased a pen from us, you can buy additional plates without having to repurchase it.
