To place an order, you must add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. After completing your order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. The contract between you and IronSeedPhrase will be considered finalized only when the payment is confirmed and the products are shipped. If the product is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or a suitable alternative.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices on our website are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, and other secure methods. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. While we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary. IronSeedPhrase is not responsible for any delays or customs duties imposed by the destination country.
5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Please note that personalized items, including engraved products, cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
6. Warranty
IronSeedPhrase products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications to the product.
7. Limitation of Liability
IronSeedPhrase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
8. Product Use and Responsibilities
IronSeedPhrase produces custom plaques designed for securely storing your seed phrases. These plaques include dedicated spaces where users can independently engrave their seed phrase. IronSeedPhrase is not responsible for any loss, theft, or unauthorized access to your seed phrase after it has been engraved. The responsibility for safeguarding the plaque, as well as the seed phrase, lies solely with the customer. Customers are advised to store the plaque in a secure, private location to prevent any potential risk of unauthorized access.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
IronSeedPhrase respects your privacy and is committed to safeguarding your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on IronSeedPhrase.com, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Incisman srl and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express permission.
